Founder and Principal Margot McWhirter, a registered Occupational Therapist with a Master’s in Gerontology, certified in Home Modifications, Universal Design and Patient Navigation, leads the team.

- Training, consultation and business support – for service providers, product companies and organizations wanting to welcome older adults better, Inclusive Aging offers custom workshops, accessibility guidance and age-inclusive strategies.
