I am an experienced occupational therapist with over 13 years of practice across the healthcare continuum, specializing in geriatrics and community-based aging in place services.
I provide comprehensive assessment and individualized intervention to support older adults in maintaining independence, safety, and quality of life at home, including functional mobility, cognition, home safety, falls prevention, caregiver education, and role optimization.
With advanced doctoral-level training and expertise in Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST), I offer evidence-informed cognitive programming for individuals living with mild to moderate dementia, as well as consultation to families and community teams.
I also have advanced experience in Parkinson’s Disease and have received Allied Health Team Training through the Parkinson’s Foundation.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in best practices in geriatric care to help older adults live well and age confidently in their chosen environments.
