About Lauren Cohen, OT, CAPS
LiveWell Modifications is led by Lauren Cohen, an occupational therapist with more than 12 years of clinical experience. Her background in hospital and home-care settings sparked her passion for helping clients transition home safely.
Lauren holds a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Columbia University and is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). She is a member of AOTA, NBCOT, and HMOTA, and is known for her client-centered, holistic approach to home safety.
