There are no fees for the Free Card. Since there is no payment involved, there are no refunds associated with this option.
Pro Listing Plan (Paid Subscription)
We want you to feel confident when you join the Pro Listing & Growth Plan. Our policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair to everyone.
Billing – Monthly Subscription ($15/month)
Subscriptions are prepaid and billed at the start of each billing period.
Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time.
When you cancel, your listing and benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. You can cancel any time through your account or by contacting us.
How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time by:

Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid further charges.
Changes to This Policy
